OPEN ROLES AT SPARKES EMPIRE

Title: Event Sales Representative

Pay: Commission Based

Location: Miami, FL 33131
Schedule: Full-Time
Industry: Luxury Events, Hospitality & Lifestyle Services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in sales and revenue generation, preferably within luxury events, hospitality, and/or lifestyle accommodations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of event planning, logistics, and business operations.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and event management tools (e.g., WIX, Salesforce, HoneyBook, Cvent etc.)
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
A passion for luxury, creativity, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Well-groomed appearance with a commitment to professional or business casual attire appropriate for client-facing roles, and high-end environments.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed — especially during events, large-scale BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and high-profile VIP occasions.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or training in sales, hospitality, or event management is a plus.
